Waiting Parents: Jaden and Havyn
Hello! We are so excited to be on this journey with you! Our names are Havyn & Jaden and we have been praying over the incredible mothers like you who are making this courageous and loving decision. We met back when we attended the same high school (although we were in different grades) and ended up dating throughout college. We have been married 8 years and are ecstatic to begin growing our family.
Why adoption:
The Lord planted the idea of adoption into our hearts soon after getting engaged. It felt like this desire came out of nowhere, but it soon became evident that through various life events and encounters, He was at work watering and nurturing this dream. We look back over the past decade and really see how the road was being paved to lead us directly to adoption and we are thrilled that He would prepare our hearts for a blessing as special as this. And we are deeply grateful for you, the strength you are exhibiting, the grace you embody, and the honor for you to consider us as adoptive parents.
Our Home & Families:
Both Jaden and Havyn love to laugh and not take life too seriously. Our home is filled with music, love, stories, and plenty of dog fur! We have an 11 year old lab/husky mix who is the most gentle and calm boy you’ll ever meet. We live in a community filled with young families, near multiple parks and a lake. Both of our families live within an hour of us and get together often! Baby is going to be born with a very large and involved extended family including 6 grandparents, 10+ great grandparents, 7 aunts/uncles, and numerous cousins. There will be no shortage of making memories and busy holidays in their childhood.
About Us
Peace and stability is something we both greatly value and is a priority in our home. We both love quality time spent as a family, walks with our dog and friends around the neighborhood, spending time on the water or in the boat, attending church and serving in our community, and hunting for new restaurants.
Jaden is an extremely active individual who loves the outdoors. He is a coach and mentor to young athletes for work and during his free time can usually be found fishing or playing golf. He is disciplined, perceptive, hard working, a jokester, caring, grounded, and reliable.
Havyn is extroverted and lively with a love for animals and people. She worked as an event planner and a sales trainer before stepping away in anticipation of bringing home a baby. She loves to read, sing, and spend time with her favorite people (including their fur baby!) She is talkative, warm, encouraging, curious, dependable, and loyal.
