Waiting Parents: Eric and Jordan
Hi! We are Eric and Jordan We met in 8th grade science class and dated for a year in high school before going to different colleges. We reconnected at the end of college and have been together ever since. We have been married just over 5 years.
Eric is an architect and Jordan is a nurse practitioner. Eric loves to play Dungeons and Dragons with his friends and Jordan loves to read and watch documentaries. We love to be with our family and friends, host barbecues, and take walks as a family (when it’s not a thousand degrees).

Was born in Germany and lived in England and Spain as a kid
We always knew we wanted to adopt (Jordan’s younger sister was adopted) and when we decided to start a family we felt strongly that God was calling us to adopt. We were blessed to adopt our son, Samuel, through Lifetree in 2023. He is the light of our life and we can’t wait to watch him become a big brother.
We live in a house with a big yard in a Dallas suburb with our son and Mini Australian Shepherd, Daphne. Daphne is the best bad dog who specializes in stealing socks and not coming when called. Daphne and Samuel are best friends and both love throwing and chasing balls. Jordan’s parents live nearby and we see them every week. Eric’s parents live in Oklahoma and come down to visit often.
We are excited and grateful to be considered to love your baby. We have been blessed by adoption and recognize the immense courage it takes to make this decision. We pray that you feel peace in whatever decision that you make.
