Waiting Parents: Devin and Adrienne
Hello! Thank you for reading our profile and considering our family for your sweet baby. We admire you, pray for you, and are so thankful for you and the decision to choose life for your child. You will forever be known as a hero to all of us! We consider it an honor that you are interested in our family and pray God gives you peace and guidance in the decision you are making for your child.
Adoption is very dear to our hearts. We’ve been around it all our lives and have always known we would adopt someday. It’s also been extremely humbling to learn about the heart of God through adoption and how often it’s woven into scripture. Just as we are adopted into Christ’s family, we look forward to bringing more kids into our family and loving them as our own.
A little about us… We met 11 years ago at work when we were put on a project together. What a memorable project that was! We immediately started dating and got married a year and a half later. Our dating and early marriage years were packed full of beach volleyball, late night salsa dancing, and adventure hikes in our beautiful home state of Colorado. We like to have fun together and that has carried over into our parenting! Our activities have changed, however our love for time spent together has not!
We have three kids: Riker is 6, Annie is 4, and Rowan is 2. We live on a hobby farm in Colorado and raise chickens, turkeys, and honey bees with two dogs who run security around our property. 😉 Our kids love being a part of it all! From gathering eggs in the mornings, to helping Mom in the garden on sunny afternoons, they are always with us and learning every step of the way. Adrienne is a stay-at-home mom as our passion is being intentional with the kids and fostering their education, time spent outdoors, their faith and character. Being at home has allowed her to pour into each and every one of them while giving them valuable one-on-one time they otherwise wouldn’t have. They are young for such a short time- we want to give them the very best childhood!
Devin works for a healthcare company as the Chief of Operations. He loves his job, but the best part of his days are family dinners around the table and evening talent shows put on by the kids. We live a simple, country life surrounded by a church community and tons of friends and family who have poured into our children and are all praying intently for the next sweet addition to our crew.
We promise to love your baby unconditionally! Your child has a beautiful and unique story and we will always celebrate that. We hope this gives you a glimpse of us and the life we can provide- a loving home, surrounded by adoring siblings and the support of our community. We will cherish, protect, nurture and provide every opportunity possible to set them up for success. You will always be a big part of their story and a hero in all our eyes!
