Waiting Parents: Ryan and Leslie

Thank you so much for considering us to be the adoptive parents of your baby.  We can only imagine how difficult this decision has been and the emotions you have experienced.   Providing this amazing opportunity for your child is something that we hope you are as thankful for as we are.  We want to let you know some things about us and hope this helps you make the best decision for the wellbeing of your child.

Every family has a story… welcome to ours!

Our Story

Our Inspirations for Our Marriage: Our parents – Paul’s parents have been married for 67 yrs; Quynh’s parents have been married for 50 yrs.

We are Ryan and Leslie and we have been happily married for over 4 1/2 years.  We knew almost immediately that we would be together for the rest of our lives.  We truly are best friends and feel that honesty, friendship, and support are the cornerstone of our wonderful marriage.  We are very close with our family and even live in the same community with Leslie’s sister and brother-in-law and our nephews.  After we learned that we could not be able to have children, we knew that we wanted to have a child through the miracle of adoption.

About Ryan (by Leslie)

Ryan is the most supportive and loving person to all his friends and family.  He is the rock in our relationship.  He is encouraging and cheers on others as they work toward achieving the goals they set before themselves.  Ryan is one of the most successful people I have ever met.  He will work toward a goal and not only achieve it but do it better than he anticipated. His own determination is admirable and his humility for all he has achieved is remarkable.  Ryan has so many achievements to be proud of: talented musician, bachelors in accounting and masters in finance, and a phenomenal chef!  He is adored and loved by our Godson and nephew which gives me no doubt our future child will be his number one fan.

About Leslie (by Ryan)

Leslie is absolutely the most caring person I have ever met.  The well-being of her friends and family comes first and foremost to Leslie – whenever someone endures pain, Leslie feels it – whenever someone experiences joy, Leslie shares it with them.  Leslie also has a very young and energetic personality and lights up any room she is in.  She is also very smart and, at 30 years old has already achieved so much.  A collegiate athlete, excelling in tennis, Leslie also dedicated herself to her education and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.  She absolutely adores our 2 1/2 year old nephew and demonstrates her natural motherly instincts with him.  I know she will be a dedicated and loving mother to our little one some day.

Where is home?

After two years living the fast paced lifestyle in the city, we moved out to the suburbs two years ago.  We live in an amazing “kid-friendly” community with lots of playgrounds, parks, pools, and biking trails.  All of the neighborhood kids play together and attend great schools which are right around the corner.  We quickly developed friendships with fantastic neighbors and have even already promised some responsible teens future baby sitting jobs.  Our home provides plenty of space indoors and outdoors to play and enjoy being a kid.

Our commitment

We will always love and cherish your baby.  We promise to encourage your child to dream and we will provide them with all of the opportunities life has to offer in order to make their dreams come true.  We live by the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” and commit to teach your child to treat everyone, including themselves, with love and respect.  We will always be thankful for the sacrifice that you have made for your baby.

Thank you so much for your love, your time, and your consideration of this amazing gift.  We are truly thankful for this opportunity
